Johnathon is a founding partner of Landscape with over 20 years’ of experience.

He has experience across financial services, professional services and HR communications covering, pensions, share plans, company strategy engagement, financial education, eLearning, onboarding, core competencies, business transformation, behavioural science.

Ryan Sales
Founder and Creative Director

Ryan is a founding partner and an award-winning Creative Director, with exceptional experience in delivering inspiring and commercially driven engagement programs.

His expertise includes digital, social media and traditional communication channels; he manages our creative studio, ensuring our creative solutions are focused on achieving project goals and employee engagement. His experience includes many of the FTSE 250, with a particular specialism in financial and professional services.
