What is social listening? We explained to Novartis
Listening to the medical and wider patient community to hear what is being said about Novartis’ products is key to further research and innovation. It provides valuable real time insights to help understand the patient journey, risk assessment and reveal competitor activity.
Novartis undertook a global programme to train employees on the value of social listening and the tools that enables access to millions of content sources. Landscape created a launch campaign that rose above the chatter of other internal communications whilst still applying the stringent brand identity. Part of the campaign was a set of short 15 second animations that were easily distributed through the internal social channels.
