Challenge
Procentia required a new website that showcases the benefits of its cutting edge technology platform IntelliPen and also improves the user journey, to demonstrate its technical expertise and strong client relationships.
It also wanted to automate processes in an effort to increase efficiency and resource, as well as seek ongoing support throughout onboarding and product lifecycles.
Solution
Working closely with the marketing department, the project team defined the site archtecture, focusing on deivering a product-led experience that included SEO optimised content that displays in multi-language for Procentia’s global audience.
As a focus was on developing stronger client development opportunities, it included a dedicated community forum where users provide live feedback and a learning hub where clients can upskill in maximising the potential of the platform.

Impact
The new website was well received by the Procentia board and its clients, and it has become the key channel for its marketing team to deliver news and insights. Feedback from the community forum has helped Procentia improve its product suite and make efficiencies by reducing inbound support queries. It has also won new work as a direct outcome of the user journey on the site.
