You are sent from the future to 1993. What do you do?

That’s one of the questions we asked the colleagues of USS. We also asked them who they would prefer to sit next to on a plane: Steve Jobs, Oprah Winfrey or will.i.am. Why?

USS had been through a thorough process to define their values and wanted help to embed them within the organisation. In a post-COVID world where more traditional town-hall type meetings are more difficult, we created a digital quiz to see which values resonate most effectively. After answering a series of fun questions, employees see their personalised results, and can compare how they did with others in their team.

We also created a bespoke analytics engine so the brand team could filter the results by geography, department and level, helping the executive team learn and develop the people strategy.
